The Review Process

1. IJCS is calling for papers now. Online submission: please login to the IJCS website (http://ijcs.topco-global.com/) for submission or send an e-mail to the IJCS office (e-mail address: ijcs@tmi.org.tw).
2. Each submission is first reviewed by the chief editor. If it is judged suitable for the possible publication of IJCS, it is then sent to two referees for double-blind peer review. If possible, IJCS will provide reviewers' comments within two months. Based on their review comments, the chief editor determines whether the paper should be accepted, revised, or rejected. For revision, the authors should refer to the reviewers' detailed comments to revise their manuscripts and to respond to the reviewers' comments.
3. If manuscripts are accepted, the authors will be asked to sign a Copyright License Agreement that transfers copyright of the paper to the IJCS office. The Copyright Form must be received by the IJCS office before the paper can be published. This is to ensure that the paper is protected under copyright law and can be widely disseminated.
